Customize your Safari settings. The Safari browser often blocks pop-ups.
Here is how to fix the problem:
- Open the Safari browser
- Go to Settings
- Go to the website
- Select Pop-up Window and allow pop-ups for https://mmd-portal.de/en.
After that, the image should load.
Please contact your doctor's office. Patients are currently unable to upload data on their own via My Medical Data.
Please forward your preliminary images directly to your treating practice, as only medical facilities can upload data and import it into their systems. Telepaxx Medical Data offers medical facilities an importer for this purpose to transfer image data into the respective practice or hospital system.
Questions about data protection
Your data is protected and encrypted. Only you and your treating physicians have access using an access code and password. In addition, the portal meets the strict security standards of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) - as confirmed by the C5 certification - to provide the best possible protection for patient data.
Please contact your doctor's office or hospital. The Meine-Medizindaten portal and the portal operator (Telepaxx Medical Data) process the data stored there on behalf of these institutions.
To object to the storage of your data or to have images deleted, please contact the medical facility. You should also have signed the privacy policy form there. This is required by the General Data Protection Regulation, and the respective medical practice or hospital is responsible for ensuring compliance with it.
Only you and your treating physicians. Encrypted storage ensures that access is strictly limited to the imaging facility, the referring physician, and you. Without an individual access code and password, no one can view the images.
You will be automatically logged out as soon as you close the browser window. If you want to view the images again later, you'll need to re-enter the access code and password. This effectively protects your data from unauthorized access.
Questions about the technical requirements
An internet-enabled device and the latest version of a web browser. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection, as well as a standard web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge) to access your image files via the access link.
Please use the latest versions of popular web browsers. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Keep your browser up to date by installing updates (Note for Safari users: Please allow pop-ups for the portal).
All devices are supported. You can access your photos on both your computer and mobile devices (iOS and Android), such as tablets or smartphones. The portal runs directly in your browser; all you need is an internet connection.
You can view your images directly at Meine-Medizindaten.
Alternatively, you can download the images from the portal Meine-Medizindaten and view them using special software (a DICOM viewer). When you download the data, you will receive a ZIP file for your own records. This file contains the images in the specialized medical DICOM format. To open them locally on your computer, you’ll need a DICOM viewer.
However, it is much easier to view the images directly in your browser on our web portal without any additional software.
General questions about Meine-Medizindaten
The web portal Meine-Medizindaten is a software application used by your doctor’s office to provide you with secure access to your medical imaging data (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, MRIs). Using the link or QR code you receive and your personal password, you can view and download the images on a smartphone, tablet, or computer/laptop.
An image-sharing portal allows doctors to share medical images digitally with patients, other medical facilities, and fellow doctors. This is a modern and, above all, more secure alternative to patient CDs or DVDs.
The image portal is provided by the German software company Telepaxx Medical Data. For 30 years, the software company has been reliably and securely storing medical image data on behalf of hospitals and medical practices and making it available to patients.
